Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Maria Tourism Germany (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) to its clients.
Services include, but are not limited to:
• Chauffeur services
• VIP airport transfers
• Luxury car rentals
• Medical travel support
• Concierge and travel-related services
• Coordination of import and export services
2. Contract Formation
A contract is concluded once a booking is confirmed by the Company via:
• Website contact form
• Telephone
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Services
All services are provided according to individual agreements.
The Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to services for operational, safety, or organizational reasons.
No entitlement exists to a specific vehicle, driver, or time unless explicitly confirmed.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are agreed individually and stated in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed.
Payment terms are agreed upon individually.
The Company reserves the right to require advance payment before providing services.
5. Cancellations and Change
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed:
• Cancellation up to 48 hours before service: free of charge
• Cancellation 48–24 hours before service: 50% of the agreed price
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before service: 100% of the agreed price
6. Liability
The Company is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
No liability is assumed for delays or damages caused by:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather conditions
• Actions by authorities
• Force majeure
7. Medical Travel Support
Maria Tourism Germany provides organizational and logistical support only in connection with medical travel.
The Company does not provide medical services, diagnoses, treatments, or medical advice.
All medical services are provided exclusively by independent and licensed medical institutions or professionals.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Germany.
10. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
